An assignment's grading method and, for a rubric or a marking guide, its criteria with the ids gradeSubmission takes: read from the grader's panel for the first participant with a submission. Where nobody has one yet, the panel is the first participant's, and Moodle creates an empty submission ("new") for them on opening it.
